I had for a long iPhone sync / charging cable searched for my iPhone 3G from the time I first bought 5 years ago. I was overjoyed to find that recently listed on Amazon. As a “prime” member, I had joined the show and when it came to trying to synchronize my 3G. I noticed that an unusually long time. After 45 minutes trying to sync (I had to eliminate fear for them, for fear of corrupting some files) I got an error message that iTunes 3G had expired. I tried to sync again, and separated after 30 minutes of frustration, I the cable leading to the loss of all my music files! I restored the backed up music files and even if the synchronization is not, I thought that I at least with the new 6 ft cable free with the 3G. I put the new cable to the 3G and put it on expenses last night (with the original Apple power supply). . . Everything seemed in order. This morning I found all my music, podcasts, movies and books were gone, I will my wife 3GS, check that the second night long cable, which I bought and will update this review to be loaded. Love track of the cable – it is so convenient to use in most applications. But it is not perfect. . .- sync data with iTunes, depends on where the cable is connected. I have put it directly into three different computers, without problem – but I have also put it in two different portable docking stations, and consistently get a message that an iPhone has been detected, but other information can not access properly, and Therefore, sync is not possible. (By comparison, Apple is working correctly when OEM cord connected to the same laptop docking stations.) Store works well, whenever I tried to release instead .- The telephone “squeeze, not pull” to release “Apple OEM. For some accessories, a sync cable (as Griffin AirCurve demand), this is a problem because the pressure points are not available when connected, and is therefore in the cord or the iPhone is almost impossible, once connected .- USB connection is slightly thicker than Apple’s OEM cable. As usual, not be a problem – but if you have multiple USB ports on computer, can perhaps not be opened directly above or below this context, the use of these cables. Some accessories (again, my example is the Griffin AirCurve) is designed to is not the USB connection through a hole in the device, and the USB cable passar.Fortfarande, all in all a well-developed and quality.
